GetQuote("we", "us") provides a GoHighLevel Marketplace add-on that helps operators build and run instant quote tools. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we process

• GoHighLevel location identifiers and OAuth tokens needed to run the add-on for your account
• Quote tool configuration (survey fields, pricing, brand theme, service areas)
• Quote submissions and booking attempts generated by your published tools
• Basic technical logs (request timing, error codes) used to keep the service reliable

How we use information

We use this data to provide the Marketplace add-on, sync contacts and appointments through GoHighLevel APIs you authorize, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Quote and booking data is sent to GoHighLevel when you use features that require CRM sync or calendar booking. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) process data only to operate the service.

Retention

We retain tenant configuration and quote records while your Marketplace subscription is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, or legal obligations.

Your choices

Manage or uninstall the add-on from GoHighLevel Marketplace. Contact us to request deletion of tenant data associated with your location after uninstall, subject to legal retention requirements.
