These terms govern use of the GetQuoteGoHighLevel Marketplace add-on (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

GetQuote is a quote tool builder that runs as a Marketplace add-on inside GoHighLevel. It is not a standalone CRM and is not sold as a separate consumer SaaS checkout on this website. Pricing is $49/month through Marketplace unless your listing states otherwise.

Accounts and access

Access is tied to your GoHighLevel location via Marketplace install and SSO. You are responsible for authorized users under your location and for complying with GoHighLevel's own terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of tool configuration, brand assets, and quote data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service to spam, harass, or break the law
• Do not attempt to bypass billing or access other tenants' data
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law

Billing

Subscription fees are charged through GoHighLevel Marketplace. Refunds and cancellations follow Marketplace policies and your GHL billing settings.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that quotes will match every operator pricing scenario. You remain responsible for final pricing and customer commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
